    Joshue Lozoya has more than 13 years experience in telecommunications, sales, customer service and project management. He’s a proven leader who has supervised salaried managers and sales reps across multiple platforms. Joshue is bilingual and holds the Six Sigma Lean Yellow Belt certification.

    Prior to joining Outlook Services, Joshue served as the Contact Center Service Operations Manger at Conns Home Plus, Inc. in San Antonia Texas where he managed five operations departments, including hiring, training, coaching, development and performance. At Conns Home Plus, Joshue drove company policies, procedures and culture while maintaining focus on quality and overall customer and employee satisfaction. At Sears Holdings Corp., Joshue was recognized for his expertise and leadership where he rose quickly from Customer Service Representative to Call Center Team Manager, to Contact Center Manger and Project Manager where he managed, led and developed three operational departments that completed over three million services orders through the ServiceLive marketplace.
